Kirby was the person who assisted my mother with helping her find programs. She helped her complete applications. She is very thorough, patient and caring. I would rate her a 5 and recommend her to anyone that needs assistance in finding and completing applications.Although, I put June 25 th down, I have spoken with her on numerous dates and each time she was great. She was also knowledgeable about different programs and when she didn't know about the program she would gather information.

Jaquetta is wonderful. She listens well and takes care of talking to people on my behalf whenever possible. She has instills hope that I may get out of the financial hole I am in. She gave me the boost I needed to make changes on my own too. This is the best experience ever.
