Love it they help

I recently changed advocates with Understood Care. My new advocate is doing much more than my old advocate who did nothing.

Rachel has been great she is trying her hardest to find the resource I need to get some help. She is a great a great listener to all that is going on. And I appreciate that. Everyone who gets the chance to work with her is very lucky. Thank you Rachel for all that you are.

My name is Pamela Young. I am the care giver for a cancer patient Billy Everett. This review is for Ms. Heidi Foraker Mr. Billy's advocate. This lovely lady has gone way beyond our expectations on helping us with the housing authority here in Ft. Smith Ar. She is very understanding, caring, and considerate of his feelings and his well being. I have tried for months on top of months to get us a safe place to live with no luck nor call back from people or places. Where this lady made just a few calls and got the ball rolling in the right direction and to the right people to help us get a safe place to live. She is truly a Gods send ANGEL TO US. And we can not thank her enough for the love, care and support she has given to Billy while he is having to go through chemo and radiation treatment 5 days a week for 7 weeks. I want everyone to know that this lady really cares and love the people she helps. She also calls just to check to see how he is feeling and doing. To us that means a lot. Thank you Ms. Heidi Foraker for being in our corner.
