Naijah is very good as far as being someone who listens to the client. She seems very knowledgeable about the system and is always trying to do what she can to help.She is very compassionate about the client and very easy to talk to. I would give her a ten if there was a scale to vote on.

Crystal Cortez is an amazing advocate for Understood Care. She checks up on me regularly. She made calls to my insurance company and helped me setup my ride to the hospital for my echocardiogram on September 4th. She has taken a lot of stress off me negotiating for me.
