I just want to say that Terry Monroe has helped me more than any person. She has gave me more information and knowledge about Medicare and just had helped me with my utilities and she is so patient with me because I get confused trying to understand things in my senior stage of life and I truly think of her as my friend. Anytime I need a question answered I can call or text her and she ALWAYS gets back to me. I don't know what I would do without her. I feel blessed that she came into my life. God Bless you Ms Terry!

Karin khan has been wonderful. She researched. And explored with me , for me. She has been very supportive and a joy to speak to. Unfortunately , we were unable to find any transportation for me to go to cedar rapids, 3 1/2 hours one way for upcoming surgery. It’s the poor resources for rural areas. This is not good for seniorsssbd others making it for Md appts, surgeries etc. I m shocked with little assistance in Iowa and yet we pay state income tax . There is something wrong with that picture here.
