My experience could not have been better. Multiple airlines on the Star Alliance were involved. From making the reservation, to accessing tickets at the counter, to completing the journey - all went smoothly. The unsolicited phone call from Underpricer agent was helpful in navigating pre-trip requirements.

Do not use underpricer.com to book your travel! Worst customer service, which is based outside the US. WARNING: Your trip will get screwed up!

Thank you for contacting us. Our records indicate that you reached out regarding a name correction request. Our Service Team requested a copy of your passport so that we could forward the request to the validating carrier. However, we noticed that you chose to complete the name correction process at the airport. We also understand that you raised a concern regarding your seating assignments. Unfortunately, we did not receive the required documents, so we were unable to submit a request for an exception to the airline on your behalf. We sincerely apologize if we did not meet your expectations. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know. Warm regards, Underpricer

Underpricer review. Delete What's app on your phone. If they do call you, answer it and never ignore them or they can cancel your trip. Tell them you will pay for baggage and your seats through the airline. If they do a bait and switch saying the airline ticket is more, DO NOT pay it. Check with your airline that you have a proper ticket. They will call you a few times and back off. The online reviews were pretty sketchy. But, actually the trip ended being one of the best priced deals ever. Thanks Underpricer!
