Deceptive annual fee practices. We bought once back in 2021 and been charged with an annual fee ever since. We never authorized such a fee.

The vendor failed to include a key part (PLANTS!) for a purchased experience. Then their vendor wouldn't fix their error and overnight or 2 day deliver the plants for a purchased experience. In short, do NOT count on them for a reliable experience. A REAL let down and not supportive of customers. Will not order again.

Failed to deliver and refund is terrible. I ordered the history mail package and the sports history package. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and it never came EVEN THOUGH it said it was delievered. I waited all day for the package and it never came. I paid $62 and after 2 days of talking to an agent they sent 4 emails of 52 CENTS. I asked the agent why it's coming in with 52 cents only and not one refund of 62 dollars. The agent said "that's how the business does this." INCREMENTS OF 52 CENTS. SO STUPID AND ABSURD. We still have no package and no full refund. I will never use this company again. Plus, I received no real explanation of why it was never delivered; just "it must've gotten stuck somewhere." I will tell whoever I know to not use this company.

Many unique items. Pricing on some things is a little high. The inexcusable thing is the fact that they marked an item as “shipped” when it never was. They apparently oversold the product but never contacted me or changed the estimated date of delivery. I had to cancel the order and scramble to find a different gift. DO NOT TRUST!

Frankly this does not deserve even 1 star. First of all, the company completely missed the originally stated delivery date. They didn’t just miss it by a day or two, they missed it by a week. Then, the email was sent saying that the package was delivered. The package was never delivered, not the neighbors, not anywhere near the stated address. When I contacted the company, I was told that “unfortunately we are unable to get in touch with the courier and there is nothing we can do”.

I ordered a guitar pick that was to be engraved with a last name on the case and a first name on the pick. I had also ordered an engraved casserole dish as well. I received a package from them and didn't even look at it, assuming it was my casserole dish and the guitar pick would come later. I opened it last night to find the pick inside the casserole dish (closed lid) and it had no engraving on it. Nothing. I wrote them to ask for my money back or a new pick, as I could give it as a birthday present instead of a Christmas present to my brother. They told me to take pictures of it. I responded that I would. When I got home to take the picture (I am a teacher, can't just take it at that moment), I had a message that it was outside the 7-day return period. So because I didn't open the package to find they stuck it inside the casserole dish, I just got scammed 40 dollars. Not cool at all, especially since they didn't fulfill their end.

While ordering the gifts, the dates mentioned for shipping were before Christmas, and after 3 days, it changed to January. The whole point is to give Christmas gifts, not a card that says your gift is coming.

Just received the veggie steamer and something went wrong when it was glazed and has these unglazed spots over parts of the surface. (Shows bad quality control!) How do I exchange this?
