was considering buying christmas gifts for the family but they've sent me 3 marketing emails in the span of 15 minutes even though i haven't given them my information or signed up to receive their communications. huge turn off.

Ordered item as the price was attractive and waited 10 days as per theit global delivery policy. Got in touch with them for a tracking update and they were fast to respond but they said the item was lost in transit and that they could not offer to re-send another. Will have to order from another site and miss my wife's birthday as a result. Low trust for this company.

I received a notification to say my goods had been shipped 3 days ago. Turns out that the supplier hasn't even sent the goods to a warehouse TO BE SHIPPED. Worst Customer Service I have come across. so instead of receiving my goods by latest 2nd September, they aren't even being shipped to me (from the US to Australia) until 3rd September.

Check your bill!!! They added an annual fee for $15.83 without my knowledge:(

Ordered a Mother's Day gift on May 7th with 2 day delivery for May 9th...it is now May 14th, I was told by CS the package would arrive on May 13th. Tracking says the package will arrive on May 15th. May 12th was Mother's Day. There was no communication about any of the delays until I contacted customer service. They refunded the 2 day shipping but who knows when the item will actually arrive. First and last time shopping on this site.

ChatBot is huge fail. I was trying to reschedule a class and the reschedule link failed. Try to get to a person via the bot - not matter what I said, it gave me the same answer - how to resolve zoom problems for on on-going class. Not matter how many times I responded that was not helpful...it would apologize and then say the exact same thing - over and over and over again.

I ordered a custom white suit, I have not received any confirmation when the suit will arrive, if the suit is out of stock. It's starting to feel like a fraud/scam. I paid $134 on a product that I haven't received in the 12 day window. Customer service is terrible!! Hard working Americans don't have money to throw away. This site cannot be trusted!

HIDEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I received the "historical recipes" item as a Christmas gift. It was terrible. The recipes were nothing I would make and included techniques and ingredients that are not common in today's world. I posted a review on their website and was contacted by their customer service team. I was offered a refund for the unshipped issues (it was a 12-month program, and I had only received 2 months). After guaranteeing me that a credit would be issued, I waited a week and received nothing. I contacted them again and was then told that because the "complaint" was not lodged until after the third month was already printed, I would only receive credit for 8 months instead of 9 months. This is complete BS. The company has a terrible product and is stealing people's money!!! I am never ordering from them again. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience for a CRAPPY PRODUCT!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!!!!
