The fee you were charged is for our Perks membership which offers free Standard shipping per year. This was originally added to your order as a 14-day free trial. After the 14 days, the yearly membership fee was charged. We sent a reminder prior to the annual renewal. We’re glad to hear the issue was resolved quickly. In addition, they are automatically gift receipts since we never include the pricing on the packing slip, but the pricing breakdown is always available in the email confirmation.
