Very nice handmade items. Every one I have bought I have enjoyed. One item broke over a year after I bought it. I contact Uncommon Goods and they happily issued a credit that my son and I used to buy more neat items. Love that all items are not massed produced and buying them supports the artists.I look forward to sitting down and browsing through their catalog. I highly recommend buying from this company!

Uncommon Goods delivered items ordered exactly as promised. Customer Service Reps were helpful and gave helpful info on what was in stock and not. I incorrectly thought there was a problem and they dealt with it tactfully and graciously. I will order from them again.

I have ordered gifts from Uncommon Goods for a few years. I always call and talk to a real person and the gifts arrive on time. The ones that I have ordered have been most satisfactory. Prices are reasonable for what you get.

I'm sorry for the folks who reviewed this site so poorly, as I have had nothing but good experiences with them, both receiving and returning items. They even gave us credit for a second gift from family that someone had already given us! I highly recommend the long distance friendship lamp that allows family in Switzerland as well as various parts of California to send a visual "I'm thinking of you" message to each other. (one lamp needed per family). Such a lift to know we are connected a world away.

I thought this site was great. I was supposed to be on the site for x-mas gifts and instead got myself an necklace and one x-mas gift. I thought the shipping was spot on and timely. I think it only took like 5 days from when I placed the order. I wish I could purchase more off the site, but the items are a little pricey.
