They get the cutest unique items. Always a pleasure to surf the site. Even more fun to have items show up at my front door.

My item came damaged, called customer service and they shipped me a new one and didn't make me go through the hassle of sending back the damaged one. They even called the next day to make sure I got my item in the expected condition. Top notch service!

I have always had an excellent experience when shopping at Uncommon Goods. They have unique gifts, and I have ordered two personalized gifts that were handled with utmost care. Proofs are always sent, and the packing and on time delivery are the rule.

Uncommon gift ideas, great quality. Think I've had two problems in the last however many years I've been shopping with them and both items were replaced with no questions asked. My goto place for gifts more stylized and different.

Although I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased here, when I finally did have an issue they took care of the issue without any questions and did so promptly. This is my go to shopping spot for my wife at Christmas!!!

my go-to place when I want something unusual or a gift for a hard-to-buy for person.

Absolutely love the unique finds they have to offer and I was blown away by their customer service. They took care of my issue quickly and the gentleman I spoke to was professional, friendly, and helpful.
