I have never updated a previous review from a 1 star to a 5, but was thrilled to see a company go above and beyond to research a consumer complaint and to make it right. I believe Uncommon Goods when they say there was an oversight/glitch that prevented my original review from being published. Uncommon Goods took the time to sort through the confusion, keep me updated, AND went ahead and published my original review. They could have easily have ignored all of this. Talk about integrity and transparency. This type of exchange makes me want to find a product to buy today from them. Original review (for content): Savvy consumers beware! I am disheartened to report that Uncommon Goods does not publish all of their product reviews. I wrote one a few months back re: a wind chime that rusted and did not chime. While I warned buyers about the product, I also praised Uncommon Goods for getting back to me SO quickly and allowing me to return both chimes (I gifted two that had the same exact issues). I was doing some online shopping yesterday and spotted that chime and wondered if anyone else had the same issue. No, ONLY positive reviews with mine missing. I wrote to Uncommon Goods and they said they do not publish anything that is vulgar or untrue. I can confidently say that my review was neither of those things. Makes me sad that they are not transparent with their reviews and clearly remove ones that are poor.

I ordered a beautiful hardwood tray for an early Mother’s Day gift for my wife who has everything kitchen related. She was surprised and delighted! Thank you UG!
