I was nervous about a customized purchase, since I could not actually see an example of *exactly* what I was buying (which is completely understandable with customized products). I reached out to customer service to confirm a few specific details, and they were able to get in touch with the artist, who provided a proof of the customization I had asked for! Above and beyond what I expected, and of course the product looked GREAT so I was able to purchase it in full confidence that I would love it when it arrived.

Fantastic customer service from Nicole. She spent a lot of time assisting me with a problem with the order itself and then issued a refund for the cost of shipping because the order was late.
