I had a very positive experience with Uncommon Goods. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable and courteous and was able to arrange for my 5 items to be shipped to 5 different addresses. I received tracking info and was notified when my gifts had been delivered. Uncommon Goods is an excellent company to deal with. I recommend highly!!

I'm awarding UncommonGoods 5 stars for their excellent customer service! An organization I work for purchased a gift certificate for me as a holiday bonus. I received an email telling me it was coming...but never received the email with the certificate itself. The first email got buried in my Inbox and I forgot about it. I was cleaning out my Inbox a couple weeks ago and was reminded that I never received the gift certificate. I emailed UncommonGoods and received a very prompt reply from a friendly employee, providing me the gift certificate redemption information. I look forward to choosing something special from the UncommonGoods website! Thanks again!

Customer service has been very good. Made a couple of mistakes on custom artwork. Needed to make corrections two different times. Noticed it early enough and customer service took care of it right away with positive results. Was skeptical at first but they came through with flying colors
