My recent order was stuck for several days in a nearby postal facility. As the shipper, Uncommom Goods managed to give it a boot and got it moving, after they shipped out a replacement! So, of course I got two! The first one was returned and is still enroute. The second one is assembled and hanging in my garden. I just love this company!

I’ve ordered lots of different things from there that I haven’t see anywhere else for gifts for friends and family members. Cool stuff I’m proud of give.

I recently ordered 6 birthday flower wine glasses. They arrived in 3 separate deliveries. Most with no packing slip included. One glass was an incorrect glass that I never ordered . Allison and Michael were very helpful and straitened everything out . The correct glass was reordered by them and I received it in 3 days ! I originally ordered an extra glass by mistake and I mailed it back 8/4/21 with the preprinted label via the Post Office . The glasses are wonderful and so was the help I received.

For my first order u received a $5 gift card but for some reason I couldn't include it in my order. I explained this to one customer service representative and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately, she did not. I called again, spoke to another customer service representative; and, he took care of it within 24 hours. That's the way it should be.
