UncommonGoods Your site and personnel deserve the highest of ratings ! Y’all were quick with response , and delivery. Even when I had a technical question about a product , y’all contacted the provider and in no time had their answer to my question. There in lies my issue. My question has to do with a jalapeño syrup used in making of cocktails , and I specified that I make my own wine , and wanted to make sure that their product wouldn’t fog the clarity of my wine. Though the flavor was on point , it did produce a fog which as you know , no one wants a wine that may have pollutants floating around inside it. So I have 5gal. of wine that is consumable , but not sellable. Since I am a diabetic , I only do taste test of small amounts , therefore it had to be dumped out. I guess I should have known it was going to happen , since the syrup came with a fog ; I just thought with their answer that it wouldn’t and that amount of wine would disperse the existing fog of the syrup. Not so much! Guess this product is more for mix drinks where clarity isn’t a desired outcome ; but that’s why I asked first. Your company did fantastic , and I am still your customer. I won’t however , purchase or suggest this product for the making of wine , just mixed drinks where clarity is not an issue ! Thank you !

I attempted to make a return of a damaged item online, but it did not go through. When I called, the customer service agent processed the return in less than 3 minutes. The customer service rep. was able to quickly figure out what was going on, credited my account, and looked into the whereabouts of a second order!! The Customer Service Team at Uncommon Goods were excellent. I ordered the touch lamps & one of the black connectors broke. Once I provided the picture & my order number they sent me a new one. They were great to deal with, dealt with my issues swiftly & answered all my questions. Thank You for making this process so easy!

I really appreciated the help I received. It did take a while to relay the request, as the automated system doesn't seem to handle replacement parts requests well, but once I was able to get a hold of a human my request was understood it was taken care of promptly.

I reached out to a representative via chat about a checkout question and a discount I had as a Perks member that wasn't showing up. They responded immediately and clearly explained to me how to fix the problem.
