My order arrived with some shipping damage and missing a small add-on item. I can't tell you how happy I was to get such great customer service when I called about this. Not only did the agent immediately order the missing item but also credited the damaged item without question and reordered it for me on the spot. I've ordered quite a few things from Uncommon Goods and have always been happy with the products, and now that I know what great support I'll get from customer service, this company will be my go-to for gifts.

I had ordered a few things for my wife as an anniversary gift. I didn't think about extra shipping until after I placed the order and saw the delivery date was after our anniversary. I emailed the staff, and luckily they were able to upgrade and I was able to get them in time. THANK YOU so much!

An order for an email gift certificate wasn't sent. My first query did not solve the issue. I contacted Uncommon Goods customer service a second time and the issue was resolved immediately and the gift certificate was sent out. Although it was nearly a week late, I was pleased that it had finally been done.

I couldn’t ask for better customer service than Uncommon Goods (this is the second time I have worked with them over separate products)—they truly care about their customers and the quality and integrity of their products (which have all been fantastic this far in my experience of purchasing!!) I am a huge fan and will continue to be!!
