This company is a class act all around. Whenever I’ve had the slightest issue (it’s never anything major!) they are incredibly quick and efficient at solving the problem. I love buying gifts here. I’m never disappointed. Their customer service is such a breath of fresh air!

I accidentally set a gift to ship to myself instead of the recipient, and couldn't change the order online, thus had to contact customer service. They replied quickly and had no problems sending the address correction on to the manufacturer.

I have ordered from this company a few times now. The products were very high quality, not the usual things you find in catalogs and wonderful gifts. I look forward to giving gifts I find from Uncommon Goods, knowing the gifts will be treasured.

Communicating with customer service is like speaking to someone local, or maybe even a friend. While they are always professional, I find the conversational tone engaging and exactly what I need. Especially when I’m the one who made the mistake. I said that I didn’t receive my order and wanted another sent straight away only to find the package was “hiding” in the mail room. The customer rep was kind and didn’t make me feel silly for my mistake. Side note: everyone needs the koozies! The life jacket one and tall can hooded jacket - ADORABLE! Thanks for always having the best stuff, even when I complain that I didn’t receive it (but I really did…haha).

I needed a little more detail before I completed my order and the I received an answer quickly!

I recently places an order but missed the area where I could leave a note. Within minutes of contacting customer service someone helped me get the note added and was lovely and accommodating while offering excellent customer service. Much appreciated!

I received fast and curteous behavior

A day after placing an order for a customized anniversary gift, I realized I had used the incorrect date. I contacted customer service in hopes that it wasn’t too late to make a correction. The UncommonGoods folks were happy to contact the 3rd party, and they were able to correct my error. I was so appreciative of their quick response and willingness to help instead of just telling me there wasn’t anything they could do.
