I was shipped at item that was not what I ordered. I called customer service and my problem was resolved by a very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly young man. In a very short time my appropriate item was on its way. I was expecting a big hassle but Uncommond Goods customer service made it so easy and pleasant.

Uncommon goods is such an amazing treasure to find a cornucopia of great gifts! Product received were exactly as ordered. I had a situation with the shipping, item appears to be stuck in a location for four days. within an hour of contacting uncommon goods, the shipping was kickstarted (item found) and it was delivered just in time for the gift giving event!

A few months back, I purchased the Red Dawn Forest, and it did not sprout. I was very upset and gave the review a one star. Since that time, I received notice from UncommonGoods that they wanted to make good on the purchase, and gave me a full refund. I didn't expect this kind of service, but they were so kind I have to give them a 5 star rating for their service.

I’m a Perks member with Uncommon Goods, which means that I get free shipping on every purchase. However, I’m in my 70’s and I couldn’t figure out how to put in my membership information for an online order in order to get the free shipping. I called customer service and the gal that I spoke with was so kind and patient. She explained exactly which icon to push in order to enter my membership info. In the meantime she placed the order for me. Next time I’m positive that I’ll be able to do it by myself! If not, I’ll just call customer service again and chat with one of their pleasant customer service representatives! No worries!
