Nice merchandise; relatively quick shipping.

With the craziness that is the postal system at the moment, a couple of pkgs went missing, customer service was awesome. Got one unstuck and it arrived. Yay! And another is being watched by THEM, so I don't have to, to make sure it arrives. Another box was lost altogether and they sent a replacement only to have the original show up and the replacement get lost. :D :D :( Customer service has been on top of ALL of it, ready to make it right. SO refreshing. I do a LOT of my Christmas shopping here. With confidence.

I couldn’t locate my order via email or the website so I asked for help and received it via live chat and it went very well! Got what I needed and my order was delivered so quickly.

excellent customer service... I never received a confirmation email in regards to my order but the individual who helped me out by the live chat was excellent and forwarded me the information immediately!!!

I recently ordered a personalized cutting board as a wedding gift. I was notified within a few days that the item had been damaged in the delivery process. I was given an option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge with free shipping. They asked what date the item had to be delivered. Since the wedding was in mid December there was really no rush. Within 48 hours I was notified that the item was out for delivery. IMPRESSIVE!

Luckson was very helpful, cheerful, funny, intelligent and kind. Carol Thompson

I found it very easy to order the items I wanted.
