I was an uncommon goods perk member and ordered Christmas gifts in Nov 2021. It stated it would ship in 24 hours. Two weeks later received nothing. I went back and forth with them. I needed to send to Europe and they would not give me a straight answer. It stated it was in Dallas 4 hours from my house yet it took over two weeks. I canceled my uncommon goods membership but they said it would continue til May, but will NOT renew. Yet come June 2022 they charge me again for the membership! So beware. The items do not ship when stated and they automatically renew you when it is on NOT! I love their products but not worth all the hassle so goodbye!

Bought the heart of glass, was lost in transit (or stolen by the delivery driver). Getting a refund was a nightmare, emailed and called numerous times with absolutely no help, no replacement was sent after agreeing one would be. I had to file a chargeback with PayPal and I got a refund within 24 hours. They no longer ship outside of the Us specifically because of my situation. If they picked a proper delivery service like every other company this could have been avoided.

I was about to make a purchase and noticed that there was a $5 credit for signing up to the newsletter, so I went ahead and signed up. Lo and behold when I tried to use it there is no place to actually use the credit. Asking support they've decided to exclude the use of the credit for anyone outside the US. Nowhere during signup or in the initial email were there any terms related to a location restriction. It also makes no sense. What's the different in applying a credit to a cart in the US or elsewhere. I guess they just don't care for business from anyone else.

I was disappointed in the customer service department. I asked for simple assistance and instead of taking care of it they sent me some links. One of the links said to contact customer service. As well, I ordered a personalized item and have not gotten an update on shipping. I keep checking and I am given an tracking number that doesn't work. I thought it was a website that had some really interesting and thoughtful gifts. My experience has been disappointing.

I ordered 6 Ooma bowls. These are bowls that are "two bowls in one", easy to hold as you sit on sofa or walk around during a social gathering. One bowl is for cereal, chips, soup, etc. The other is for an accompaniment to the first- fruit, dip, crackers. Or a bowl for fruit and another for cheese. You get the idea. The problem is the bowls are not designed for hot foods. There is no insulation to protect hands from heat. So this is not good for soup, chili, or any hot meal.

I ordered two gifts at the end of November and paid $10 for shipping in addition to the cost of goods (over $80). Packages never arrived, they couldn't tell me if they ever would or what happened to them despite me asking multiple times. They skirted around the question and just reshipped without me asking for that or them asking me. They did refund my money, so they earned a star there (though it hasn't yet been deposited in my account...5-10 business days???). Ultimately, they have horrible shipping practices and sub par customer service reps who skim emails at best and just do what they want to to close tickets. I'm disappointed my grandmother won't get her Christmas gifts in time during such a difficult year.

I ordered a gift for my brother at least three weeks before Christmas. UG contacted me the week before and said it was not going to make it. Very disappointed. I understand that UG uses independent artists. Set proper expectations rather than ruining the timing of my gift.
