Great customer service! These people looked up a gift given to us years ago to help me find the artist who made the piece to see if there was a replacement for a lost part for a clock that Uncommon Goods no longer stocks. This is great service for sure! And all with pleasant and happy voices .

My shopping cart froze up online, so I called to see if I could get help. The representative kindly took the entire order over the phone, which involved 2 products going to everyone in two groups of people...each individually wrapped and messaged. The rep was very patient, made sure everything was perfect, and everything has been delivered. The recipients are overjoyed!
