i called about dimensions on the Sunshine Town & the number of pieces since that information was either not in the description, or i missed it, so i left a phone message and the same day i received a callback with the details. i cannot wait to make this for my friend it is the most detailed kit i have seen of small rooms and does not involve glue. first i need to get a small table to assemble it where my cats & dogs will not knock it over further details of my experience assembling it will follow

Love the unique items and great selection. Fair prices too. Items are wrapped and sent with care too.

I had made a mistake and entered the wrong shipping address. I contacted Uncommon Goods, and they were very helpful. My package was located, and though it had had a long journey, arrived safely at my home. Thank you, Uncommon Goods!

Good grater. I broke it accidentally and they replaced

I had an excellent experience with UncommonGoods. I always say the true test of an organization is how they act when there is a customer service issue & UncommonGoods gets an A++++ The people I dealt with (Robot, Justin & Allison) were all pleasant, helpful and extremely responsive. Upon getting my problem resolved, I immediately purchased more products from UncommonGoods!

I received a personalized family puzzle for Christmas and it was missing 1 piece. I contacted Uncommon Goods and received a new puzzle within two weeks. Excellent customer service!

The rep was able to easily understand and quickly resolve my issue. I really couldn’t ask for anything more :)

We needed to reschedule an event and the person helping via chat was extremely responsive and made the experience go perfectly smoothly. I would definitely consider Common Goods for another gift experience.
