The item I ordered was damaged during shipping. I called and a new item was sent immediately. The process couldn’t have been easier.

Quick feedback and resolution. I sent an email that I had inadvertently sent the the package to the wrong place without a birthday message and Lucy was on it and resolved everything quickly.

As soon as I emailed pictures with explanation of my concern re: a defect from item purchased couple months ago, Uncommon Goods responded immediately in processing a replacement of the same item. This was amazing customer service response. As of today, same item replacement is in transit and I’m to receive it in couple of days. Hoping no problem with this one as we loved it but labels on it started to peel off.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and it genuinely felt like they cared and wanted to help me get my issue figured out.

The customized wine glasses I had gifted to family showed signs of wear after only two months of use. I contacted Uncommon Goods customer service and had the issue taken care of promptly. Another set of glasses appeared within two weeks, which made me a very satisfied customer!

Oops, How Did That Happen? There was a slight problem with my item. When I spoke to the representative, they were extremely understanding and did everything quickly to make it right! I really appreciated the personal attention and the ability to talk to a real person who knew the product!
