I recently ordered two of the Turtle Pond Hanging Bird Baths from Uncommon Goods. When they arrived they were shattered. I immediately called customer service and they were not only helpful but very gracious about replacing the items. I was so happy when the replaced bird baths arrived safely and all in one piece!
