Hello Kathy! We're so very sorry that you've had this experience. You’re absolutely right to be frustrated. A delayed package without an update does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. You placed your order on December 9 with the expectation it would arrive by December 21 at the latest, and missing that promise, especially right before the holidays, is unacceptable. On top of that, not being able to reach us or get clear updates only adds to the frustration. We're sincerely apologize for that as well. I’m truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience caused, especially given the time sensitivity around a Christmas gift and the amount of care you put into choosing a personalized item. You are absolutely right to expect that a customized product arrive correctly, particularly after allowing us the opportunity to reprint it. Receiving a replacement with the same printing issue is unacceptable, and I understand how upsetting it must have been to lose both valuable time and confidence in us as a result. This is not the level of quality or service we strive to provide. We are reviewing this issue internally so it can be addressed with our production partners and prevented from happening again. It shipped from our facility with our international shipper on December 5th, however, the tracking hasn't updated. We've reached out to you directly to remedy this. We're here to help!

We understand how upsetting it is to pay for expedited shipping and not receive your order within the expected timeframe, especially when tracking information was delayed. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that it did miss its original ship by date, which is why tracking was not immediately available. Once this was identified, the order shipped on December 16 using expedited shipping, not standard delivery. Because we did not meet the delivery timeline provided at checkout, we issued a full refund of the expedited shipping charges. We understand why the situation felt misleading, and we regret the confusion caused during your interaction with our support team. We take this feedback seriously and have shared it internally so we can improve how we handle delayed shipments and customer communication during high volume periods.
