You can find the best gifts and stuff you love. Customer service is wonderful if you have an issue which I’ve only had once. They helped so quick.

There are a lot of good customer service people but this team responded quicker than any I have worked with. They went beyond my questions, sent me more samples and ended up custom-matching an item for me for only $7 extra. I'm excited about seeing the final product, but even if it doesn't meet my expectation, I cannot fault customer service. All of them were excellent!

I was able to place my order and she was even able to help me try to find an item that I wanted to reorder from years ago. Everything I have ordered from this site has been of beautiful quality and I enjoy giving many of them as gifts. I purchased a necklace to gift a friend for her birthday. When it arrived, the packaging was damaged /tampered with. I called the customer care number, and the service was impeccable. The representative who worked with me was professional, considerate, and I think I received the replacement necklace even more quickly than the original! When you purchase something online, it passes through many hands before it reaches yours. Mistakes can be made, the product may not always be perfect. Courteous and prompt customer service is invaluable though. Thank you for the positive experience!
