I was extremely excited about ordering with this site... However I ordered a personalized book 12/23/2019 and have yet to receive the book. After waiting a while I figured I would reach out... I already had some feeling that the blame would likely be put on the shipper... but still I reached out on 1/13 VIA email and 22 repeated emails later on 1/15 I read the excuse I assumed I would... I replied and said that I wanted the book and they said they would reach out to the artist and get it to me asap but it could still take some time... here we are 1/29 NO BOOK ALL THE FRUSTRATION I called the numbers provided in the email... My agent very calmly tells me there was no issue reported, she reported it and still there is no clear date/time I will get the book... she very unconcernedly refunded the shipping I didn't even remember I paid for SINCE ITS BEEN 1 Month and almost 1 week since I ordered..I am just extremely displeased at the way this has played out, I WILL NEVER USE THE SITE AGAIN such poor service and concern

hi on 7/1 I received the order made on 8/12, but I believe it is incomplete. how can I contact you for information? I did not receive what I ordered for this reason or I returned the money back or my mandate what I asked for

This rating is for Uncommon Good's choice of shipper, NOT the quality of their products. I've ordered a lot from them over the years. Quality of products is 4-5 stars. I will never order from them again, however, because they use "UPS Shipping Innovations" to ship some of their packages to customers. UPS Shipping Innovations is a combination of UPS and USPS... My package should have taken 3-5 days... It's been weeks and my package still has not arrived. Uncommon Goods refunded my money, and I appreciate that. They should, however, re-evaluate using the cheapest method to ship, especially around the holidays.

Had the EXACT same thing as many other people have noted. I ordered my Mom's Christmas gift on 12/16 - for a delivery no later than 12/24 (per their website). If I hadn't called today (the day before Christmas), I wouldn't even have known it wasn't going to arrive. They didn't email me to notify that it didn't ship the day it was supposed to (12/18). If they had, I could have done something for my Mom. (I live in Colorado and can't just pop over with another gift.) But now it's too late. They said the artist didn't ship it - and the artist didn't tell them. Well, I bought from UncommonGoods and expect UG to fulfill their commitments. They offered free shipping when I called - but what good does that do when they can't even confirm when it will ship -- other than 'sometime after Christmas'. Never mind - I cancelled my order and will not order from Uncommon Goods again. They don't stand behind their promises.

Placed an order a week out from Christmas which is plenty of time for most eCommerce sites to pick, pack, and ship an order from a well managed warehouse. And in-fact all my other Christmas orders from other companies arrived in 2-3 days. I paid for priority fulfillment and shipping. Some items I wanted to buy were listed out of stock at the time of order, so I limited my purchases to those in-stock. No communication 2 days later so opened CSR ticket. Rep said he would re-submit the order with express shipping for a delivery on the 23rd. Still no email confirmation. After 5 CSR conversations later, they say it will be several days after Christmas to ship (more than 1 week) and some of the items are out of stock when they were listed as in-stock at the time of order. They have some nice an novel items but if you want them in less time than 3 weeks, forget it. They are slowwww....

Ordered items from Uncommon Goods on 12/9/2019. Was given an approximate delivery date of 12/13/2019. Received an email from company that items would be delivered by 12/20/2019. Called company on 12/20/2019 to check on status. After long hold with extremely annoying hold music, was told that my order had never been fulfilled and that they were going to talk with a manager and either put me on hold again, or give me a call back with an answer. I opted to be called back and gave my number. An hour later, when I called again to get an update, I was told that there was no note in my account in reference to the previous call, but that the items I had ordered were no longer in stock. I had to ask to have my money refunded. It will be interesting to see if the money gets put back on my card. I am now stuck 5 days before Christmas trying to find a replacement present for my mother and get to pay express shipping to try and get it to her on time. Had I not called today, my money would have just been gone, (and still may be), and I would have presumed my gift was delivered. Have never ordered from them before, never will again. I would think that with the high prices of their products, there would be better customer service than to just not fulfill a paid for order and not notify the customer.

Shipping is horrible if you order from this company It will take over a week for them just to ship your order advise you to find what you want on Amazon or somebody dependable not uncommon goods

Absolutely horrible service! I placed an order for a custom item on 10/30/19 and received the wrong thing. I immediately contacted them and was assured I would receive a replacement right away. I never received and email confirmation so I called a gain 2 more times and was assured an order for the correct item had been submitted. I just spoke with them AGAIN and found out that my order can not be filled until January 31st at the earliest. This was a Christmas present and the excuse management kept giving was that they made a typo when entering the order so my custom item went to another customer. I am furious and very disappointed. I will NOT be ordering from this company again!
