I ordered something as a Christmas present mid November, it’s been stuck at clearance since November 21st. I have not received any information or responses to my emails from this company and I am down €50. Thoroughly disappointed and you should avoid ordering from these guys to save yourself some stress.

I'm in the UK, lost my order, terrible customer service, moved from one rep to another.. cancelled and waiting for refund now.

Purchased item on November 26. Was promised item would be delivered on December 9. Item not delivered and when I asked rep I was informed that they can send another item. Item is now not in stock. They cancelled previous order (which was probably on the way so there is now no chance I can actually receive it) and told me that they cannot send item again (unless they have it in stock some other time, God knows when). Purchased item was supposed to be a Christmas present. One of the worst purchasing experiences, ever!

Lost my order before shipping, took me to contact them to find out "oh it appears to be lost" basically. Asked for a refund, awful service. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CUSTOM.

friendly rep but very poor efficiency and managment. wasted so many times to email back and forth. Will not shop with them again,NEVER!

So I placed a customized order and as soon as i got the order confirmation I called to cancel the order within 10 minutes of placing the order. I was told that they were opening a ticket I would get an email and then it would cancel. About 30 minutes later since I had not received any email I called back to be told they now they would open a ticket for sure and I might not get an email right away but they were working on it. I called the next day (Saturday) and was assured that it would be resolved in 24 hours and a manager would call me. No one called and on Monday I get an email saying my order is confirmed. I responded saying I needed to cancel it and was told I was too late as the Vendor already started processing it and nothing could be done. Considering that my ship date was 10-15 days away I find that very hard to believe that calling within 10 minutes of placing order was too late to cancel. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. All talk and no resolution or action. Despicable and Unprofessional.

I can see now that others have had similar problems. I ordered two items from the US to the UK on 5 Nov. They never arrived despite being told by customer service several times that they would be with me by 26 Nov. They then told me they had been lost in transit so I re-ordered and was told it would be sent express delivery to get to me by 7 Dec but again they never arrived. It turns out they never made it to their so called overseas shipping ‘partner’. I will not order from them again.

Placed an order for Christmas presents a week before Thanksgiving. My package didn't arrive. Contacted customer service, they promised to resend my order. They sent 1 item out of 8 items in my replacement order. Contacted them once again. Five out of 8 items were out of stock and cannot be replaced before Christmas. So, out of 8 presents, now I was down to 3. Today, FedEx literally delivered a piece of cardboard with a label on it that was supposed to be 1 of my items. This company is a joke. Stay away. You will not get anything you order. They are a nightmare to deal with!
