I'm so frustrated. Bought birthday for my mother going through cancer treatment and ITEM NEVER SHIPPED. I paid for Express shipping, no communication from company. When I followed up today, 3 weeks after it was due to arrive, I was told must be lost in shipping!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR TIMELY GIFTS OR ACCOUNTABILITY. Reply to uncommon goods- I was in touch MULTIPLE times since 11/22, day of expected delivery. You have offered to refund my express shipping and reorder for 12/30. THAT is over a month after original purchase and Promised delivery. I stand by my review. Good items, if truly available when advertised, but definitely NOT timely.

I ordered an item at the very start of October so that I would receive it by Nov. 10, 2022. I submitted my proof acceptance on Oct. 8, 2022. The website says order typically ships 2 weeks after proof acceptance. I heard nothing until I emailed them and they stated my order would ship Nov. 8. Then I received another email only after I reached out (again) to state my order would ship on nov.15 and I would receive an email with shipping details. It is now Nov. 16 and way too late to give as an anniversary gift. I am appalled at the level of customer service and that I have been the one reaching out to them each time. I am cancelling my order and I will NEVER order from this incompetent company again.

At first, I was very excited to find this site as they have a lot of unique items that are right down my wife's alley. I placed a order on Monday, April 18th for a few anniversary gifts. I was in a time crunch so chose to pay the 25.00 Express shipping fee (1-2 days). As of today (my anniversary), the items still have not even shipped. I called and spoke to customer service whereas I was told my order "fell through the cracks." Nice guy, but poor word choice in my opinion. This tells me this company is sloppy/unorganized. I will not be ordering from them again. Be very careful paying additional shipping charges as they may not live up to expectations.

Misleading shipping A major membership perk advertised by uncommongoods is the free 3-5 day shipping is not close to the amount of time it will take to receive the product. There are two separate ways it will take long, both of which are not stated clearly, and lie only within the small text. First, the businesses have 2-5 days to actually ship it. You will recieve an email when the order is "on its way" but do you think you're going to get it in 3-5 days -- NOPE. There's another second small print in a different location that says they have 24 hours to bring the package to the Fedex and only then does the 3-5 days start. I chatted with customer service and they were awful, on saying that I was confused and that the package will be delivered on time (which is the absolute last day with all the fine print included). So yeah, awful customer service. The shipping is meant to be misleading and don't think that you're going to get it by 3-5 days. It can be more than double that time

I placed an order for various Christmas gifs in October. Everything but the Retro Gamer glasses came within a few weeks. I periodically called to follow up and was told the artist was in the process of making them and that they would contact me back. I never heard back until the third time I emailed them in December. The week before Christmas, They could not tell me if the glasses were coming or not due to a backlog of the artist. Yet the products were still listed on the website. UC refunded my money after I emailed them again. I had no gift for my friends and the glasses arrived a week after Christmas. Every rep was unable to help me resolve the simple issue of where is my order? I fully believe the first two reps completely ignored my problem and never followed up. Unfortunately I was also gifted a Raindrop cake class and kit. I was unable to attend the online class so I tried to reschedule. The rep told me they could send me the recording of the class instead of scheduling me for another class. I never got it so I emailed back. The second rep snottily replied that they didn’t usually share recordings but they would make an exception. I DIDNT ASK FOR AN EXCEPTION. THEY OFFERED IT. she sent me a dead link. This company’s products are unique and interesting. But their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I’m stuck with an unusable raindrop cake kit. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. EVER.

I had placed not one, not two, but 4/5 orders on the same item, for them all to be declined due to ‘suspected fraud’, all whilst my card can be used elsewhere and i had tried purchasing with completely different cards. I had written an email asking if there could be an alternate way i pay them, to which they just ignored my email for two days and counting, when they were very responsive to the first few emails.

I ordered a product, called an hour later to say that I made a mistake in a date that was part of a gift that needed to be corrected. They claimed that they spoke with the artist who said it was too late, that it had been sent to the framers. I do not think that they had made it, so I have an issue with your venders being unflexible. I asked that the order be cancelled or changed last Friday. I still have not heard from them.

This website is not producing anything. it's like a portal for third-party sellers to sell their custom goods. Like an Etsy. And therefore they have no accountability, nor they can provide information about your order status correctly. Their delivery shipping estimates vary. I ordered an item in December that was supposed to be finished and shipped by mid-January. Beginning of February I started questioning what was with the order as there were literally no updates. They responded that the estimated delivery changed now to the end of February. TWO months since the order, without any progress. The next day, suddenly they prompted the seller to create a shipping label so they can say the item was just shipped. But that's a fake tactic, as the item has never left the warehouse so it was in fact not shipped. They refuse to accept any cancellations or refunds due to the "custom nature" of the products even though the products were clearly not manufactured yet. I will never order from such an untrustworthy platform again. The sellers can only operate because they don't have any oversight and policies like they would have with amazon, etsy or ebay. Customer service representatives cannot provide accurate information with estimates at least in weeks and are lying about the state of orders.
