WORST SITE EVER. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Overpriced and have had horrible experiences on their online site as well. Garbage.

First visit to UB. Definitely worth the drive from Birmingham. It’s a shopping adventure. Much nicer than we anticipated. Enjoyed the small museum and history. The photo op spots & cafe also are nice extras. Didn’t buy anything huge, but left with several finds & simply enjoyed browsing and looking at all the lost luggage items.

They listed an item as fair and as having a hole. When the pants had a large rip in them, they stated instead of as is quality this was a fair quality and the large rip can be considered a hole. They refuse the refund. They also said it was bought using a discount code, which was incorrect, proof provided, and they continued to refuse. They said that I should just donate the pants. Be aware their quality conditions and that they may be deceptive in their practice of the damages. No photo was included of the extensiveness of the damage to these pants. Also be aware they do get sizes incorrect. Check prices for similar elsewhere. They are not always a good price

I ordered sunglasses listed in "Good Condition." When they arrived, they had severe, deep scratches right in the center of the lenses, making them unwearable. This was absolutely not regular "wear and tear." When I contacted customer service about this, the response was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of offering a solution for selling a damaged item, the agent (Emma) simply brushed me off, stated they don't accept returns from Austria, and just sent me a generic link to their FAQ page. Selling damaged items under a false condition description and then hiding behind a foreign return policy without offering any refund is unacceptable. Save your money and avoid this company, terrible quality control and shocking customer service!!

Hello, I'm writing this so that others don't get scammed by this company. I bought several gold pieces, and over time I discovered that they sell gold-plated pieces as if they were solid gold. It's a complete scam, and they didn't respond to me at all. They refused to refund my money or anything. Be careful what you buy there; their service is terrible. It's a shame I bought from them for so many years. An honest and reputable company shouldn't do things like this. Hola, escribo esto solo para que más personas no seas estafadas por esta compañía, compré varias piezas de oro, y con el tiempo descubrí que ellos venden piezas bañadas de oro por oro sólido. Una total estafa y no me respondieron por nada. No quisieron devolverme el dinero ni nada. Cuidado con lo que compran allí , tienen muy mal servicio . Es una pena compré con ellos durante muchos años. Una compañía honesta y correcta no debería hacer estas cosas.

Good place to work! Good place to shop. It is a hit or miss kind of shopping but when you get a hit you’re happy with your finds. The online store has better items than in store, YES there is an online store! lol. Go for the experience!
