When I receive the product
When I receive the product, I was a little nervous about using it. My dog hates his nails cut just like every other dog. He’s only 15 pounds but man is he strong. I can’t cut his nails though with his nail trimmer. It’s quiet my dog puts up a little bit of a fight now, but he lets me trim his nails. I’m telling you this is a godsend thank you guys. Whoever invented this is doing dog owners a big favor thank you
