The agents respectively gave me information and answered my questions. I was given call back number. When I called the response was quick. There are only a few agents. If they were talking with someone else when I called, they returned my call in appreciate time. My Kenga watch works just the way I envisioned it.

Jake and Joseph did a nice job during…
Jake and Joseph did a nice job during setup. Joseph was very patient. Like connection through WIFI and the ability to fine tune volumn and other settings. Call center seems good during test calls and one accidental call that sent the fire department. hAVING DOULBLE SET OF BATTERIES IS GOOD SO YOU DON'T need to have watch off during battery charging.

I live remote and your company had some…
I live remote and your company had some difficulty connecting to my WIFI. Your rep, Eddie was terrific...stayed with it over several days till we were connected....explained all I need to know...really nice and knowledgeable chap. Eddie is a fine ambassador of your company

all is fine so far
all is fine so far. I'll give you suggestions when I have any. FYI---- I've determined it is not necessary for me to wear all the time. Only when I'm alone though I may wear it anyway.

While we understand your thinking, we do encourage wearing your Kanega Watch throughout the day, even when others are around. Emergencies can happen unexpectedly, and having immediate access to help provides an added layer of protection. At the very least, change the batteries daily so the watch stays powered on, you could still use the voice command if something were to happen. We appreciate your trust in UnaliWear!

fall detect device, lost, replaced, issues re band closure
We are using this fall detection watch for an 86-yo here, some cognitive reduction, some vision reduction , even some reduced small-motion hand-eye coordination - all are needed for this item; we chose this b/c the batteries can be swapped, thus minimal 'down time' to recharge. I spoke with Joseph of infinite patience who guided me, with much repetition on his part: we had lost our item, likely poor closure of the watch band, and explored ways to ensure proper closure, all superb, very

sorry no public health info why would I wrie a review? system works great. watch is not waterproof or water resistant as advertised keep it 100% out of shower
