Great concept overall
Great concept overall. It would be helpful if the watch could in some way be modified for those with dementia who tend to forget and take the batteries in and out, sometimes losing them.

Your watch is great
Your watch is great. Your service is great. But, I only received two batteries and I do not know witch two to replace?

My only problem with the watch is the…
My only problem with the watch is the tendency to detect a fall when I'm not falling. This can happen at inconvenient moments such as when I am driving or have both hands full. It is hard to respond in a timely way.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Everyone's activity level is different, which is why the Kanega Watch allows the fall detection sensitivity to be adjusted. If you haven't already, we'd be happy to work with you to find settings that better fit your daily routine.

If this is what you want .
If this is what you want .. go for it.. but if your wrists are very tiny like mine this is not the item for you. Took many tweaks for this item to be less sensitive to my movements. It kept saying I had fallen. If you are sedentary, you might be O.K.

I do not like that I need this watch
I do not like that I need this watch, I do not like the way it looks, AND I do like the way it functions. The personal attention (on the phone) was invaluable in setting it up, and the assistance I needed in the first few days as I adjusted it sensitivity and needed other questions answered. Thank you.

Receiving and getting started with this…
Receiving and getting started with this watch was actually quite easy. The only issue I’ve had so far was a battery that wouldn’t charge and a sensitivity of the device.

Need to change batteries daily
Watch works well! But you need to change the batteries daily!

Thank you! We’re glad it’s working well for you. The daily battery swap is intentional, it allows the watch to be worn 24/7 without ever needing to remove it to charge, so protection is never interrupted.
