Amazing Customer Service!
We bought the Kanega watch for my mom because we knew the technology was simple to understand and my mom does not like technology! And that has been totally true. Simple. Easy to understand. And not stressing her out at all. But what has been even more impressive to me is the AMAZING customer service! We've had a couple of complicated issues to address and the team has been incredibly responsive and solution focused. Getting what needed to get fixed done quickly so that my mom was not without coverage. Can't recommend Kanega highly enough.

Exceptional Experience buying Kanega watch for 95 year old mom
Working with Joseph on the sales team was great! He was wonderful to work with helping place this order. Unaliwear website is packed with easy to understand videos and information, the best website I have seen in this market for medical alert devices. This Kanega Watch is super special (made in USA) and compared to other companies, Unaliwear is super transparent and a welcome relief. Buy with confidence! Give them a call!
