The staff is helpful, the watch works well although I have never fallen it is good to know that help can be summoned easily. There are certain motions that activate the watch, like shaking the bathroom rugs. But if you know it's going to go off you just turn it off. It is easy to wear and easy to charge the batteries. If you misplaced it, as I have, it is important to call the call center before the batteries run down as the staff can send a signal to the watch so you can hear it and locate the watch. I gave a 5 star rating because If it detects a fall their system does all the work. It is easy to use and has a GPS system that is always on you. I have had right many falls detected that were not falls. But you simply push the crown and that takes care of it. It looks like a very expensive watch. You do have to change the batteries daily. I am very pleased with my watch.

I received a phone call with explicit directions to fix my quick depletion of batteries issue. Everything's fine now.

I fell in my garage. My watch asked me if I needed help. I was so dazed because I hit my head very hard on the concrete floor I didn't respond so the watch notified the call center. The operator there asked me if I needed help. I didn't respond coherently, so they immediately called my local 911 center and had EMTs dispatched. I had help within 15 minutes. It was determined that I fractured the C2 vertebrae in my neck.
