I paid for a digital download of an album. Despite following all their prompts over and over and being told I could "now listen" I never could. I was essentially sent round and round in a loop that never got anywhere. I paid via PayPal so will receive a full refund. Don't recommend UMusic to buy music, or probably anything.

Avoid uMusic at all costs! They took my money, generated a shipping label, and never sent the package. Months later, when I reached out, they refused to refund me, claiming it's "too late" to investigate, even though the tracking status proves the item is still in their fulfillment center. Customer support is just automated bots repeating the same scripts.

My pack never arrived. It was sent back them, as they labelled wrongly. They did not send me out again, and not give refund. Terrible company.

I woke up to the marketing trap and canceled the order. Be aware of these long fulfillment delays before you give them your money.

I bought an autographed Mika LP back in January for a gift - paid extra for the autograph. Received it, looked all good in sealed plastic sleeve. Daughter opened gift today - they'd sent the wrong one, no autograph. Messaged them but they said as more than 30 days since receipt, they wont refund or replace. Very disappointed.

Ordered billie eilish merch was on time before it sold out (way on time) 3 weeks in i contact support. I was a day early to contact and needed to wait a day... Shipping issues.. and ia now out of stock we will refund you so you still want the other item that is available i was asked.. how does shipping issues make items dissapear... 3 weeks on a 10 year old to tell her the thing she wanted the most is dissapeared

This is not a serious company! Delayed shipments, poor communication, confirm changes... but just a confirmation and no changes of parcel address.

Avoid this company at all cost. My story is the same as everyone's so I won't bother to tell the story. They won't ship your items, they just make excuses until you give up and go away. These people are scum.
