Easy to navigate interface with good quality products at a reasonable price. The only negative is how difficult it is to choose what to get!

I love Umai, very genaric ahh but its seriously a great brand. Help/Contact is always quick under 24 hrs usually and giving quick solutions always respectful as well. Shipping can be slow due to it being shipped through DHL as well as box damage is almost guaranteed but I have never received clothing damage because of it. I have had usually very large orders so if that says anything. Price can be nice if you do a large order but 2 shirts can set you back 70$+ a good deal can get you 4 for same amount depeing on exactly on what you buy. I love umai and really wish I had more money to buy more of their stuff.

They ship really fast. Print quality is great and it lasts in the wash nice. The shirt material itself is soft and stretchy

Great product, great designs, awesome look. Never had any issues with shipping or payment processing and am glad to say I've even hopped on the UMAI+ as they've earned it.

Really disappointed to be leaving this, think the designs are great, but my order was missing an item, it's now been a month since delivery and customer service hasn't responded to any of my messages to try and resolve it.

The experience was easy and fast, no issues and the quality is unbeatable! I love the designs of course, but the texture of the clothing is just perfect, with no cheap print, so its really really comfortable to wear on a daily basis! The price is a bit high, but they make really nice offers and give coupons quite often :)

The shirts are good! I always go for cotton shirts, so the fact that these have great designs is a great bonus. Machipachi1901 is a favorite for me!
