Jared at Ultra Ebikes has always responded to my calls and texts. My bike was on backorder for about 2 months but he called 2 or 3 times to keep me in the loop. My bike arrived in great condition and I’m very pleased.

Product was just as described we needed an xtra large case for our folding mountain bikes that have fat tires and was having problems locating a case that would accommodate them. Case is quality made and bikes fit perfectly!

I am very happy with the excellent service that I received from ultra bikes. They were responsive and helpful. They worked with me on Particular requests that I had. I’ve only put about 10 miles on the bike so far but I’m loving it. I still have to get it to the beach on fire Island, looking forward to that. The bakers everything I had hoped for and more!
