This company is amazing they helped me out as fast as they could and worked with me greatly. I had originally ordered for my Ram and the dealer couldn't fit my truck so the traded me out of it into a new Silverado 3500hd. Where I was little outside the return policy but the let me return and get the new one for my new truck. Let me tell you it works amazing and got the trailer flasher too a added sweet feature love how easy to install and use. Very happy with total experience and going to add to my other truck and tralier soon

Too many emails. Didn’t reply when I had a question before purchase via email. I have requested that I stop getting automated emails but I’m still receiving them. Guess I will have to file a complaint with fcc or bbb or someone ftc to actually get something done.

We took a look at your account and you were sent an email that was your receipt, a shipping confirmation email that contained your tracking number, a shipment out for delivery email, and a shipment delivered email. These emails are sent to keep our customers aware of the status of their order.

This product was defective and began melting after the second use. Contacted the company and they would not return our calls. Really wanted this to work and had planned on purchasing them for the rest of our fleet. I understand that mistakes happen in the manufacturing process, but there is no excuse for the lack of customer service.

We took a look at the account and we were contacted once by the customer's installer since there was an issue with the product. Our engineer was contacted to contact the installer. We did not hear anything else after that. After we received this review we contacted the customer to see what happened and were told that our engineer contacted the installer but when the installer tried to call our engineer back the installer was not able to reach him. We sent the customer a return label so we can get the product back for an exchange

Everything was great, but you did not send the instruction manual with the package
