Thank you for your review! I am a little confused by your review, since you purchased the product from Amazon almost a year ago. You then contacted us today for the first time to say that you were having issues with the item, that again you purchased from Amazon almost a year ago. When we tried to assist you with the issue, you sent many emails using foul language. Even though the item was not purchased from our website and it was way past the thirty-day return window (again purchased almost a year ago), we then said that the item could be returned to us for a refund in the interest of customer service so how are we not giving you your money back?

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Z-Flash. I am not sure what you mean by "patterns will not save" since there is no software available to make custom patterns for the Z-Flash LCM Plugin Flasher For GM. The patterns are built in. I will have one of our customer service team members contact you for assistance.

Your return was received, and our customer service team processed the replacement order and made sure that the most current firmware is installed on it, and it will be shipped using expedited shipping. Thank you for your review! I took a look at your order, and I do not see that you tried to contact us about this issue. It sounds like the ground wire coming from the harness was not connected correctly. We have tried to contact you via phone and email to resolve this issue, but have not heard back.
