Took forever to ship. I can’t stand when companies sell things they don’t have in stock. Product is great and works as it should.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that there was a delay in shipping your order. We sent out an email the day after your order was placed to let you know that the item was out of stock and would not be shipping until late in March and it was shipped on March 27th.

I was sent two sho-me flashers to work the hella hero hideaway leds and neither of the flashers work. They did provide shipping labels. But they should double check their product before sending them out. One flasher was obviously used with the wires cut short.

Thank you for your review. I apologize that something like that occurred! When items are returned they are examined by our Warehouse Manager and if they look like they were used they get sent back to the manufacturer for a replacement

The unit worked the lights as it should. But now my auto headlights, cruise control and lane departure don't work. Called and they hoped to have a fix in a month. If not I would hope to be able to return in for a refund,

The customer posted a review on a different website and mentioned these issues. Unfortunately, the customer had not contacted us first because we would have been able to take care of it then. We contacted the customer and asked if the vehicle has the Super Cruise option and the customer was not sure. We have a separate product for vehicles with the Super Crusie option. We asked the customer to send us the QR Code from their vehicle and we were going to check this for the customer. We have not received this information. We will gladly issue a refund if the customer would like to return the product.

Honestly I'm an idiot when it comes to installing things so it took me a little bit to figure out what connector to use. Once I got that it was a snap. Very pleased at the 3m sticker on back of button. Made it easy to install in a convenient location.
