Ik had een jaar geleden een soundbar 7.1 gekocht. Maar zat een bug in.. contact opgenomen met ultimea.
Ik heb nog nooit een zulke snelle en vriendelijke klantenservice mee gemaakt! Me probleem werd meteen opgelost. Ik vergat dmv prive dingen de afstands bediening mee te sturen. Ook daar werd heel sympathiek mee omgegaan.

Excellent products and outstanding customer service!
I have been using the Ultimea Apollo P40 projector for over two years and have been very happy with it. Recently, it suddenly stopped working shortly after the warranty expired. I contacted Ultimea support, and I was genuinely impressed by how they handled the situation.
The customer service team was incredibly kind, professional and helpful. Instead of simply telling me that the warranty had expired, they offered me a very fair replacement solution. The entire process was smooth, fast and stress-free, and I really felt that they cared about keeping their customer satisfied.
The replacement Apollo P40 is now working perfectly as well, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
I also purchased the Poseidon R3T soundbar, and it works brilliantly. The sound quality is excellent and I am very happy with it.
I already recommend Ultimea to my friends and family, and after this experience I will definitely continue recommending them.

Aucune configuration complexe n'est nécessaire, il suffit de la brancher pour en profiter immédiatement. De plus, le service après-vente est très rapide et réactif. Vous pouvez commander chez eux les yeux fermés !

Mine Skywave X40 bought at Jul 24 from official Ultimea store and it is very energetic sound system with strong Dolby Atmos feature. It was refurbished, but it looks like a new one. This discount was a good offer (~$230).
