Got to be the worst purchase in history, do not buy, cheap means cheap, every 20mins sound changes to very tiny, I spoke with customer support, the offered me a lesser product. A LESSER product, doesn’t get much “lesser”, I have the system fitted into a media wall so I cannot remove. Never received any replacement, it’s just not worth it. Stick with a know, terrible product. Terrible Customer service

Absolute failure of customer support. Bought an Aura A30 soundbar that suffered from massive Bluetooth defects. Even though the product has an official Ultimea Guarantee Card and a registered ID, support refuses to honor it because it was purchased from an eBay vendor, and the product is still under a 1-year guarantee. Their 'solution' to my terrible experience is to force me to buy another refurbished model from them at a 10% discount. Unacceptable customer service that does not honor their own brand's guarantee cards.

I purchased a refurbished Poseidon D80, the delivery was fairly quick but when I opened the box I was thoroughly shocked. The items were pretty much dumped inside the box, wrapped in used bits of wrapping. Everything inside the box reeked of being stored in place that has a combination of dampness and smoking. One of the speakers had a full on dent, lots of marks on the sound bar, individual speakers and subwoofer. Contacting the support is a major pain, they kept bouncing me from one support agent to another. They offered me $15 to keep it and said that it's been refurbished but it might show signs of use. I rejected that offer and I looked at the product to see if it actually works, the red aux slot on the subwoofer is actually blocked, which leads me to believe this has not been anywhere near a refurbishment facility. I asked what my replacement options are and whether they can guarantee the quality of the replacement and never got a straight answer to that so they said they are issuing a return label which should be generated in 24-48 hours, which is also puzzling. The whole experience is abysmal, I have not experienced purchasing a brand new product from them but based on all that, I would never recommend a refurbished product from this company.

I purchased the Ultimea M4T line and it is a complete disaster. The hardware is fundamentally defective (defective subwofer and terrible audio quality), and dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. Instead of taking responsibility for their faulty products, their customer support is intentionally deceptive and fraudulent. They engage in endless stalling tactics, pass the buck, and manipulate logistics and tracking data in the backend to confuse the situation. They previously acknowledged the hardware defects and offered a partial refund without a return, only to completely move the goalposts later and demand the heavy, defective units be shipped back due to their own internal warehouse mistakes. They do not respect their customers, they do not honor their word, and their support team will try to bully and exhaust you into giving up. Save your time, your money and your sanity. Anoid Ultimea at all costs!

Meine Erfahrung mit Ultimea lässt mich ohne Geld, ohne Gerät und absolut enttäuscht und hilflos zurück. Ich habe eine Soundbar (A30) und einen Projektor (Poseidon E40) von Ultimea gekauft und es haben sich bei beiden Produkten Probleme eingestellt. Die Soundbar hat sich über Bluetooth mit nichts mehr verbinden wollen, der Beamer hat nach wenigen Tagen Benutzung mit einem lauten Pfeifen begonnen. Der Kundenservice ist absolut katastrophal. Ich habe mich bei beiden Problemen an den Support gewendet und habe zwar wunderschön formulierte und ausführliche E-Mails bekommen, der Inhalt und der rigoros versprochene Service blieben bisher aus. Ich sollte meinen Beamer einschicken, nachdem ich geschildert habe, dass das Problem auch nach den „Erste-Hilfe-Tipps“ weiter bestand. Zuerst wurde ich angelogen, dass mein Paket verloren gegangen sei, aber auch danach konnte es scheinbar nicht mehr zugeordnet werden. Es wurde angeblich der Versand eines Ersatzgeräts eingeleitet, dazu habe ich aber nichts weiteres gehört. Ich bin jetzt seit 4 Monaten regelmässig im Austausch mit irgendwelchen beliebig wechselnden Supportmitarbeitenden und bin mit meiner Geduld und meinen Nerven wirklich am Ende. Fazit ist: Die Produkte scheinen vielleicht erst zu funktionieren und zu überzeugen, aber sobald auch nur ein minimaler Fehler auftritt, ist man als Kunde absolut aufgeschmissen und alleine gelassen. Ich habe 360€ bezahlt und stehe seit Monaten ohne Gerät oder eine Rückerstattung da, obwohl ja auch die Garantie immer so ausgiebig gelobt wird. Es ist eine absolute Katastrophe!

Le naufrage technique : Le plus fascinant avec cette marque, c'est l'impuissance totale de leurs propres 'ingénieurs'. On leur remonte des bugs logiciels critiques (pertes de synchro eARC, satellites qui grésillent, application qui plante), et leur seule réponse est une mise à jour qui crée trois nouveaux problèmes pour un seul résolu. C’est le serpent qui se mord la queue dans un boîtier en plastique. Quand les concepteurs eux-mêmes ne comprennent pas le code qu’ils ont pondu, c’est qu'il est temps de changer de métier. La supercherie du 7.1.4 : Ils osent parler de signal précis ? Soyons sérieux. Leur 'processeur' est une vaste blague qui mélange tout. Le signal 7.1.4 est une pure vue de l'esprit, une étiquette collée sur un carton pour appâter le client. En réalité, c'est de la bouillie sonore projetée au hasard. C’est du massage mensonger : on vous promet un massage professionnel, on finit avec des coups de marteau-piqueur dans les oreilles. Perte de temps garantie : Ne perdez pas des heures à essayer de régler ce gadget. Vous passerez plus de temps sur les forums ou en chat avec un SAV qui vous fera tourner en bourrique qu’à regarder un film. C’est une marque qui survit grâce à l’ignorance des acheteurs et aux promesses de fiches techniques gonflées à l’hélium. Mon conseil : Si vous voulez du son, achetez une vraie marque. Si vous voulez des maux de tête et enrichir des amateurs qui jouent aux apprentis sorciers avec l'Atmos, prenez du Ultimea. Les ingénieurs vous remercient pour le financement de leurs futurs échecs !

Ich habe eine Skywave F40 boom gekauft. Mieser blecherner Klang, viel zu wenig Bass. Subwoofer nur halb so gross wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Ich hatte davor eine SAMSUNG HW-B540/zg, für 140 Euro. Diese hatte einen 100 mal besseren Klang.

They push fake five-star reviews by offering refunds or cash back to anyone who posts glowing lies about their products. Once the review is up, they refund you, and they ask you to ship the item back through shady off-platform channels. No record on Amazon, Temu, or any legitimate site. It is a clear violation of every marketplace's terms, designed to hide their manipulation and trick real buyers. I called them out on this and they did not apologize. Instead they panicked and leaked my private messages, my details of the case, right on Reddit. No respect for privacy, no professionalism. Just amateur-hour damage control. They threatened to publish my details on Reddit using words like "documents" and "full history" like that makes them honest, but they are violating my rights as a customer. They think they can continue to deceive the public, but they do not know that I have so much proof on them. It does not. It makes them look desperate and creepy. Their products? Overpriced junk with fake hype. The soundbars sound tinny, the build feels cheap, the features do not work as advertised. And their warranty? A joke. They hide behind "standard process" excuses while ignoring real customers who need help. They run a scam disguised as beta testers and Kickstarter backers. They give you your money back once you post the five-star review, but this is not allowed on any platform or retailer. Yet they keep doing it, even on every platform. This is not a company. It is a con. Do not buy anything from Ultimea. They deceive, they betray, they scam. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.
