Fast Delivery
-------Update------ I received the key within 1 hours. The problem was that I stated the wrong email adress (my mistake). But pls improve your ticket handling. __________________ I am waiting for 4 hours now, wrote 2 Tickets and don´t get an answer from the 24/7 support. It´s my first key I bought on this site, but I never waited so long for a simple key ( they already debited the money of my paypal account).

Took longer than it should have
Purchased Battlefront, UGK took payment and sent an automated email. After 4 hours of radio silence I contacted them asking for an update. I received a ticket number and a separate email requesting verification of a passport, license or other photographic ID. Another email arrived shortly after stating "You payment has been found as risky therefore we require verification". I responded with the required ID and asked for a definition of risky and why they waited for me to contact them before responding. I was given no clear answer to my questions but the key arrived shortly after. The live chat is not online and the Twitter account did not respond to my enquiry. I firmly believe every business should get a shot at success, but in this competitive online market, UGK are somewhat lacking in customer service department.

Hello. We do state in our terms of use that verification will be required if we detect a risky payment. Sometimes it can be a false positive. Verification may take a while as its related to another department. Also it is recommended to create an account, once the account is verified you are eligible for instant delivery. if you prefer to purchase without registering the orders will be processed manually only. taking in account manual processing will always take longer than automated instant delivery.
