5 minutes after purchase I receive an email asking me to send a photocopy of my passport or driving licence to verify that I am the real holder of the credit card (I paid using PayPal). Alarm bells are ringing so I've contacted PayPal to get my money back and will be using another retailer.

First, I actually ordered from a danish site, but apperantly it links to this place. Secondly it took a good while before i got the code, when in comparison other sites works instantly with my paypal. Third, the code was in an attached jpg file with an odd look to it, which leads me to think they get it from stolen keys that you hear so much about.

Hello. We do not sell stolen codes, what you have received is a scanned code from the box of the game itself which was taken at our warehouse. A stolen code may be only obtain via fraudulent purchase with a stolen credit card via the publisher website which can later on be disabled due to the fact it was stolen. Please amend your review as it is about something that is not true and irrelevant to our service. Thanks. Yev.

I purchased Mass Effect 3 and received a Origin code in e-mail. The code however does not work and Origin client outputs error that the game come has already been used. Edit: After contacting customer support I received a new and working game code during the same evening. Very fast and helpful response!

Tres déçu de ce site ! J'ai passé une commande de 4200 MS points qui est pourtant marqué en stock est le site me répond qu'il faut que j'attende qu'il se rapprovisionne. Cela ne fait pas du tout sérieux comparé au autres sites concurrent ou je reçois les codes en 5 minutes.
