I have been using this software for about 10 years. It is quick, easy to understand and is a joy to use. Everything at my fingertips means I don't have to search anywhere else. The service when I have an issue is first class and they resolve it quickly. I would not deal with another software company ever.

Great as akways, but I did not like being forced to auto-renew. I was going to anyway, and early probably, but being forced to before tax season is over was kinda difficult for me at that time. Also, the hours of operation are not late enough. I have a day job also, and I purchased the vault a year ago now I think.... I have not been able to successfully install one single year from the vault to do past-year returns and I have even gone so far as to factory reset my laptop, completely remove the firewall and anti-virus before installing, etc. I do not know what else I am doing wrong on those....
