I had a defective cord and ulike was quick to respond and help solve my issue!

I am blown away by this product! I bought the Ulike Sapphire Air3 IPL Hair Removal Handset on 05 December 2023 for £209.00. Some of the hair on my chin and lower cheeks became thicker in the last two years (reason unknown) causing me to have to wax my face every few days with no long term effect of thinning the hair. Getting sick and tired of this regime I took the plunge and bought the Ulike laser. I have been using it for just over a month (2 - 3 times a week) and OH MY GOD! Never did I imagine it'd make such an impact in such a short time. I have now waited a full week to laser again and can tell the thicker hair is coming back way more slowly and there is less of it. The normal peach fuzz has gone away completely. This product has quite literally changed my life and boosted my confidence. I am also using it on my underarms and the hair is growing back very slowly compared to just shaving. For reference I am a 31 year old Indian female with medium tan skin (Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer in Caramel 10) and dark brown/black hair. Hope this helps

EDIT TO REVIEW - I have changed my review to 5 stars. I was skeptical at first but the hair I have been using it on is now just falling out. Same process as when I had laser, slightly slower showing results but this is a home treatment. Will definitely recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to spend thousands on laser treatments. Still unsure whether this product will show results. I have very fair skin and dark hair so this product should work well, however I have been using this consistently for over a week and have not noticed any difference in hair growth. I am willing to give it a month and I’ll happily change my review but at the moment I’m not that impressed. I previously had laser on my legs and noticed results after just one session, so maybe I’m comparing too much. I appreciate that these are not the same but I’d expect to see some difference by now.
