The viewing card arrived within 3 days and the internet set-up procedure was straightforward. A telephone hotline is now available and very quickly resolved a minor problem that I had (a mistake on my part when filling in the activation form). Strongly recommended!

Marc could not have been more helpful in the setting up of the VPN connection. He even responded to emails on a Sunday. Hence the 5 star rating. On the other hand, I find the content of the Sky packages of very poor quality and extremely expensive. I had hoped that VPN would give me BBC iPlayer but I have been disappointed.
