So far, everything they offered to do has been done. It took a while for the card to arrive, but it was ordered early in December, so probably more to do with the Christmas post.

Fast, efficient and friendly service! One word/ Excellent!

UPDATE: I have upped the rating for this company to 2 stars because I consider the product to be excellent...unfortunately the service doesn't match up. Contrary to the response below, the company does not "always" return e-mails and phone calls. Their own response to an issue back in 2018 was "...we cannot and will not return calls when there is nothing to talk about, sir..." As the customer with the problem, I certainly had plenty to talk about. Regarding the latest issue, not once did the company acknowledge or accept responsibility for failing to change my payment options as I requested. Instead, I received a coercive and bullying email response from a rather rude employee who stated: "...I give you two options: 1. Remove this rating by Tuesday this week, OR 2. cancel the service with us..." You can guess which option I chose. If you are an expat living in Europe, there are a number of service providers out there. Please do your research and find one that will work for you.... ----------------------------------------------------------- I've finally reached the breaking point with the company. I've had service with them for three years: two in Germany and the last year in Belgium. The product does the job and I get UK-based television programming...no issues there. BUT... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY IS VERY POOR!! First, there is no contact number to speak to an actual person. There is a standard "contact" on-line form you can fill out to "request" a return call, but in the four times I have used this form to discuss an issue, I've yet to receive a telephone call from them. Second, I've had multiple issues any time I've needed to change billing details (address, credit card, etc). Again, there is no "person" to talk to, only another on-line form to fill out. The web site actually states that if you have more than one viewing card (we do), you only need to provide one number and that "we will take care of the rest" for you. BIG MISTAKE....I provided my original viewing card number and the payment information was changed....for that card only. I have since sent two more on-line requests to have the details changed for the second viewing card yet my old credit card continues to be billed...most recently just yesterday. As of today, I've sent yet ANOTHER request to change the billing details, but I also called my credit card company and requested they block all further charges from UK Satellite TV. Maybe once they don't get paid, someone will take the time to contact me and help sort out the billing issue... I won't even go into the difficulty I experienced trying to add a viewing package to one of my cards....a month of frustration! Bottom line: product is good and works well; but if you are expecting any level of customer service, look elsewhere. Once the "sale" is made, "service" is pretty much non-existent.

Very poor, no telephone contact number. Where is the service? No email response at weekend, I have gone with another company. Also looked through previous reviews and seen messages / threats of legal response for not cancelling or sending the card back?? Please forward these legal / illegal responses to me and I will look over them whilst me and my solicitor have a laugh!

Been with them since 2014 now and we have never had any problems at all. We get excellent TV and exceptional customer support, even on weekends and holidays! Switched from skycards.eu due to poor service and support and have never looked back

It was a pleasure to order from UKSatellite. They were very nice and more, very friendly and delivery was speedy. I recommended them to one of my friends already. UKSatellite to me is the best place to get SKY TV abroad. Thanks again and I wish you the best.

Excellent service. It came in 2 days, activated online in under an hour. Now in Switzerland and enjoying Sky TV with the VPN router. Could not be happier.

Here in Belgium US Sports is not covered very much. I found UKsatellite TV back when they were called SkyEurope and I am still with them. They have great service and answer emails every day, also on a Sunday. The US Sports on Sky is just great. I am very happy. Keep it up guys!
