Scam, they charge fees 5x higher than actual ETA. Fees are not clearly displayed and as a result, we were not aware that we would be charged more than the official price

SCAM alert! Google ads recommended this website. On the website you're asked to pay 19,95, but on the credit card withdrawal it will ask for a payment of '119,95'- a hundred euros more! Book throught the official uk government website. An eta costs about 16 pounds. [update 19/02/26] Uketaonline just replied to my review. THEY REMAIN SCAMMERS. Read further below. 1) I did not opt for any additional services that would or could have raised the price. The amount of 119,95 instead of 19,95 out of the blue seemed awfully convenient for their scheme, 2) I signed up at uketaonline with a different email address than this review, so my experience remains valid, 3) I flagged uketaonline at google ads as fraudulent. On 29/01/26 I received this reply from google: “ Here's what we found. We decided to take action against this ad, which could take up to 24 hours for full effect. We found that the ad doesn't follow Google’s policies, which prohibit certain content and practices that we believe to be harmful to users and the overall online ecosystem.” Do not trust uketaonline!!

Scam. Just wanted to pay, but saw that they want to charge 119 Dollar instead of 19 pounds.

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. Use UK Gov website instead so that you wouldn't be scammed hidden service charge of 80eur!

I have been scammed - like all the others.
I have been scammed. It was stating 39,70 euro, but they have charged me 199,70 euro. Scam, scam, scam! Andy Lockett doesn’t want to respond to his refund and cancellation policy either.

110$+ for 20 euro service!
I was lucky that 3D authentication was enabled for my master card. It doesn't show the price in the website and I got a notification from my bank that an amount of 110 dollar is going to be debited! I immediately cancelled the transaction. In their website they have trust pilot logo with 5 stars. Trust pilot has to sue them.
